Agreement Overview
By purchasing products or services from Stormy Days LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and protect both the customer and the company.
Estimates & Cancellations, Payments, and Scheduling
All estimates are based on initial measurements. If canceled after measurements but before installation, a $45 fee will be kept to cover time and travel.
A deposit may be required to schedule work. Remaining balances are due at completion. Late payments may delay service.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Orders canceled after materials are ordered may include supplier fees.
Installation, Warranty, Privacy
Customers must ensure the area is clear and accessible. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by site issues.
Manufacturer warranties apply when available. Stormy Days LLC guarantees installation workmanship for a limited time. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, weather, or neglect.
Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order and communication purposes.
